All orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
During high-volume drops, INITIATION releases, or capsule launches, processing may extend to 5–10 business days.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

2. Preorder & Made-To-Order Items
Many S.Rousseau garments are produced in limited quantities.
If an item is marked:
• PREORDER
• MADE TO ORDER
• INITIATION RELEASE
• CAPSULE RESERVE
Production timelines will be clearly stated on the product page.
Typical production windows:
• Preorder garments: 4–8 weeks
• Limited capsules: 3–6 weeks
• Custom or tailored pieces: 6–10 weeks
Orders containing preorder items will ship once all items are ready unless split shipping is purchased separately.
All preorder sales are final.

3. Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on weight and destination.
Estimated transit times:
• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
• Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Orders over $500 may require signature confirmation.

Customers are responsible for:

• Brokerage fees
S.Rousseau is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, S.Rousseau is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is delayed:
• Contact the carrier first
• Then email info@srousseau.us with your order number
We will assist where possible.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address:
• The customer is responsible for reshipment fees.

8. Drop Releases & Limited Capsules
For limited releases (example: 50-unit runs, bullet belts, INITIATION capsules):
• Orders are fulfilled in the order received.
• Once sold out, items will not restock unless announced.
Shipping timelines may extend during major releases.

Select releases may include:
• Limited inserts
